CrossCountry has three (3) independent sales representatives who are responsible for direct ship/wholesale sales to specialty stores, gift basket companies, etc.  Our sales representatives and their areas of responsibility are as follows:


         Howard Wasserman -  New York,  Delaware, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, West            Virginia,  Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC, and Central and Southeastern Virginia

​        Russ Amend - Western Virginia, Northern Virginia, and Outer Banks, NC

​        Chris Lucas- North Carolina (to include the Outer Banks) and South Carolina 

​        Sharon Britton - Select Accounts, Outer Banks, NC


​​​Howard has over 30 years’ experience in retail and food service sales.  He excels in customer service with detail to customer satisfaction, professionalism, knowledge of food, and helping vendors grow their sales.  Howard previously owned a NY style deli, and is an amateur chef.

Russ was an independent sales representative for First Source (formerly Wythe Will Tzetzo) for over 20 years, and has been selling CCM products since 2000.  Russ has been in the specialty food industry for such a long time, he has become a fixture in the business.  He is very knowledgeable of his customers' needs, as well as knowing what's new and what's not.    


​​Chris began his career in the food service business, then becoming a professional chef in restaurants and hotels.  He then became a specialty food retail manager and grocery buyer for a well-known gourmet food chain.  For the last 15 years, Chris has been in distribution sales specializing in quality foods and confections.  Chris brings a great deal of experience in the specialty food industry, and we are glad he is now part of the CCM team of professionals.

Sharon Britton came to CCM in 1999 as the office manager.  Over the years the prior owner, Tom Rankin, took her under his wing and became her mentor...teaching her what to look for when considering product lines.  Sharon is now the owner of CCM and handles all distributor and retail chain sales activity.  While working on developing a regional specialty distributor network to further increase sales of vendors' products, Sharon is also expanding the company's wholesale territory.
